“I didn't have a roadmap. I followed curiosity — and built the roadmap along the way.”
An interactive exploration into how an interrupted computer course and the spark of JARVIS evolved into mechatronics, AI Olympiad, robotics, technology leadership, and writing about the future of intelligence.

The First Contact
My first exposure to computers came through a basic computer course at ITI. I did not complete the course and never received the certificate because my school examinations interrupted it.
At this stage, I wasn't deeply interested in computer science. It was simply my first contact with computers.

The Moment Everything Changed
JARVIS 3.5
[AGENT-BASED OPERATING SYSTEM (AIOS) // SANDBOXED & SECURE]
One weekend, I watched Iron Man. It was not the first time I had seen the movie, but it was the first time I watched it with an engineering mindset — as a person who wanted to build!
What started as JARVIS 2.0 (a Python-based privacy-first desktop companion with MediaPipe computer vision, hand gesture controls, face recognition, and Groq LPU inference) evolved into JARVIS 3.5 — the first Agent-Based AI Operating System (AIOS). An entirely enclosed, 100% sandboxed execution environment where the autonomous agent possesses its own dedicated email address, built-in headless browser, isolated file system to execute operations on user files with total privacy, and native proprietary foundational models (with open developer APIs).
“It was a simple lamp. But it was the first thing I made move.”
I built an automation system using computer vision (OpenCV) that recognized hand gestures to turn a physical lamp on and off. My father recorded a short video of it, and I uploaded it to YouTube. Technically, it was simple. Emotionally, it was a turning point.
100% Client-Side Privacy: Computer Vision runs locally in browser memory. Zero video frames are recorded or sent to any server.
“Software needed a body. Intelligence needed to touch the physical world.”
After building JARVIS and the gesture lamp, I hit a fundamental realization: An intelligence confined inside a screen is locked in a virtual box. True intelligence requires a physical body to perceive distances, navigate uncertain terrain, avoid obstacles, and directly experience the laws of physics.
This conviction sparked Project M.A.R.S. (Modern Autonomous Robotic System) — an autonomous mechatronic rover engineered with dual sonar arrays, obstacle avoidance algorithms, and real-time environmental mapping.

“The moment software moves hardware, code transforms into reality.”
“Software led me to AI. AI led me to vision. Vision led me to hardware. Hardware led me to robotics. And eventually, I wasn't just using computers anymore. I was trying to make them interact with the physical world.”
The exploration expanded rapidly across Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Automation, Hardware, Robotics, and Human-Computer Interaction.

06National AI Olympiad (NAIO)
The First Competitive Signal
Encouraged by my father, I participated in the TalentSprint National AI Olympiad and achieved approximately 150th Rank (and 1st Place State Level). I wasn't taking the competition as seriously as I could have at that point—it wasn't about the rank.
“It wasn't about the rank. It was the first signal that curiosity was becoming capability.”

The Public Creator Layer
YouTube served as my early digital footprint—the moment I began publicly documenting and sharing the robots, mechatronics, and intelligent code experiments I built in Kashmir.
This marked the transition where personal experimentation entered a structured organizational setting, applying Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning paradigms to modernize educational workflows.
Co-founded Nexlyra Engineering Works with my co-founder to take technical capabilities from individual maker projects into scalable engineering initiatives.
